My memories of Chrys are nothing but the most beautiful of times.
Chrys was my sister in law and I have known her for 30 years. I will never forget all the times in NY at Christmas and the tons of thoughful gifts she would always bring her nieces and nephews. How she would go nuts at the tought of candy in the kids stockings. The Christmas after my son Martin she had the children write him notes and put them in his stocking or the beautiful memory book she gave me and wrote in it " Dear Martin we will never forget you, Merry Christmas in Heaven" . Chrys was always thinking about what she could do for someone else. When we went on many family and staff trips with my Mom she would always somehow get lost but she was really in stores shopping and buying things for everyone. When we were in Tuscany a few years ago I was in a Furla store with her and she saw me trying on a bag in the mirror. When we got home that night she had bought the bag for me when I walked out the store. Chrys also felt bad when my daughter had her braces off and had 12 small cavities she had her come out to California so she could fill all her cavities to make sure they were done the right way. Chrys was in my wedding as a bridesmaid she was a sister in law that was like a sister and a friend. She loved her family, religion and she loved life. Chrys did not want to leave her life here and she fought to the end. I miss her 2 am text messages, her words of advice to me and my children and most of all her big heart and soul. When I lost my son 6 years ago Chrys told me not to worry he was in heaven and we would all see him again. I know now he has his Aunt Chrys with him and they will watch over all of us.
Till we meet again. I love you always.... Camille
